I'm having the same problem as thana from the main comments. Removed my post there and put it here. "Failed to load the map" "Some errors are present in the map defition and have been logged to error.log" I can send you my error log if that would help.

This would help a lot as i have not heard about this issue before. When i download the mod and load it up it works perfectly fine? Any other mods enabled perhaps?

Just The Road to 56 and this. I tried verifying my files and that didn't change anything. I can dump the full error log here (though it's long, so that is probably a bad idea) or send it to you over discord or something. Your choice. One thing it might be, do you own all of the DLCs?

Road to 56 changes map stuff, load it without 56 and you should be good

It used to. There is however a seperate mod that Supports it. Its linked in the description!

I did, yes. I located the issue- it dosen't count puppet states in your control, you need to have directly annexed all of the territory- including your puppets in the region like Heibei and the mongolian one, alongside tibet. It all must be directly annexed into your territory.
