why don't you divide selucid or persia into several factions with protectorates.selucid and persia is too strong. not the matter of unit combination. they bring 50-~60 full stack army. also rome and carthage should have to be divided with protectorates.

and how about change egypt into hellenic faction like rome2.

Can you make pretender faction emerges when revolt? especially for huge major faction like rome, selucid, egypt, cartahge and india.

Hey, I would like to see many more Bactrian Units. I can prove you, that they had an excellent cavalry force. It consistet of Bactrian Cataphracts, Bactrian Skirmisher Cavalry, Sarissophorri (greek lancer cavalry) and some sort of companion cavalry. They also used War Elephants.
I wrote my master thesis on this subject, so in case you want to improve your unit roster in this are I might be of help.

Thank you for your suggestion, but new, unique units are probably a ways away given I haven't even added unique textures for any of the factions besides epirus, which itself is going to take a long time unless I can find/make some sort of template for all the units (I am addicted to adding new factions), i am currently in the process of filling out the eastern part of the map.

I think there are still too few new branches, and each faction's branch has a high repetition rate and even lacks its own characteristics. Homogenization is too severe and singular, and I believe we urgently need new or even more branches of the military. And it should no longer be multiple factions using the same branch.
