Are you sure its a new game, and not you just starting anew character on the same save? You would need to remove the mod from the save itself in that case, not just from the mod menu. Mods don't just remain in a game when you remove them from the mod menu.

Same for me. unsubscribed, restarted a few new games. even reinstalled the game deleted all files i could find, set up my mod list again, and it's still active on a brand new game after reinstalling Zomboid, all while the mod is not subscibed to anymore...

Thanks for letting me know, i downloaded the cheat menu so i'd be able to dissable it through that, but it's got to be manually deactivated through cheat menu each play session..

Has anyone been able to figure out how to delete it? I've tried unsubscribing from all my mods, deleting the mod folder, and deleting the game. Nothing works. I actually don't understand how it's even possible.

what could be possible, im not 100 percent sure, but since its "readding" and old trait, it could just be reactivating some dormant files? it could just be a script that runs once and makes a old file restart and begin working and running ingame again.

Go into Debug mode, and reduce the Anger value from there
