Since im really familliar with addons, i told him to try addon on Singleplayer.
On singleplayer addon behave weirdly, because evrytime when he opened shop interface, the error occurs saying that "Tried to use NULL panel!"... However we both had all dependencies.
After i told him to change gmod branch from normal to x64-x86, problem with that dissapeared on singleplayer, however on multiplayer still occurs. i have to make further investigation what is going on. I asked my friend to give me all error codes which MVM Money gives in console.

P.S: I ordered him to clean all gmas left by other unused addons and clear cache of gmod, none of them worked, propably addon conflict?
