No motorbikes but they are required for explorer progression, stage 2?
Level two of the explorer quest requires construction of a motorbike, but it has been replace with hoverbike which does not work, not does the HV you build next. Can't complete progression because required item no longer in game?

I didn't have problem with that unless it might have to do with old saved data before hoverbike was added to replace motorbike. New saved data might fix that. I played new saved data after hoverbike came out, I didn't have problem with making hoverbike to work and complete explorer mission. I am stuck at explorer mission to find rados drone base because I haven't find it at all so far.

Can confirm problem in OP persists. Mod downloaded today, and save started today (Arid Scrapyard). Explorer Rank 1 demands motorbike, which does not exist, and hoverbike does not count.

Arid is more problem than Temperate, so try Temperate instead.
