Unicart Ammo
Just recently got a Unicart Laser Carbine. Very good weapon if you can get the ammo for it. I have yet to see where or how you can unlock the Unicart ammo. Anyone know how you gain access to the Unicart ammo crafting?

Vendors sell it. You can definitely get it on an ISI Space Station from one of the vendors.

There is an unlock for it in Personal Combat but it doesn't unlock. Seems to be a bug

Bit late with a reply, but I think anything in the tech tree with -1 means it is locked behind a PDA mission. I don't recall unlocking it, but bought some ammo from a trader. The Unicart weapons are the tits! Love em.
