First, thank you very much for your work, this is a great scenario! I wanted to ask you if the ISI has any presence outside of the starter systems, as they are the main buyers for salvage. I'm not finding them anywhere except the starter planets and it's really disincentivizing moving away from the starter systems. It would be great if the ISI was a little more widespread (or am I just missing them?)
