You can't. They are like Space Marines in that you have only one city/base and you call down drones that get you the outpost bonus even if they aren't in your city limits. Only real difference is that Farsight's fortification drone's can pack up and move whereas Space Marines Fortresses are static. But SM's Fortification has range to their weapons while Farsight's doesn't.
