I have seen this issue too

This turned out to be a problem with a shader we where using that no longer seems to function normally after 4.0, this should be fixed with our next update soon.

Hello, this is a very important request. Please delete the "scrap" resource system of this module! It makes multiplayer gaming impossible for this module! The Reload screen is displayed at the start of each session! I love this module very much, so I really want to ask you to make changes....

Multiplayer is a can of worms and many faction mods will break when used in Multiplayer.
This is an area of modding that's just become an acceptable loss and it probably isn't specifically the scrap causing your issue but rather the scripts failing between the clients.

i gor a problem i also have the gnoblar mod wich adds units like squig riders but i dont have the units in the gnoblar army instead i have all the gnoblars in the ogre fraktion

That's a different mod that does a different thing not made by us.

some of the units of disappeared and are invisible. They are in the game but when you zoom in they are not there with no animation? I only have this mod and the mixer on, dont know what else to try

Sounds like you're missing LoD's on models for some reason.
I'd say try change your unit detail options.
