I think this card is overbalance. because it's condition only applied on Same card, not "Same name card". the more cards there are, the better, so it seems to create a monotonous growth tree.

Can only be played if your last card played is not this. Deal 4 damage. Apply 2 Whispers. Put this back on the top of draw pile.

However, I think it's okay. In higher ascension, I think this will not do the trick. The Ghosts will eat up the cards in you hand.
