Maybe Doom 2-D Nextbot pack

There are plenty of fanmade rotation sprites for the pawn nazis firing and for bosses too, some are presented on the Bratwurst mod for Doom, you might ask them if you could use those.

well, i actually cannot. when i download anything. it just crashes my PC, sooo no.

I would really want doom 1 and 2 npcs, i dont feel like downloading a IWAD or anything like that, so npcs would be simpler.
