This will help you solve some of your problems! I suggest you put suggestions in the comments. This is for the creator of this mod (FlexPoser!) for garrys mod. I will put more stuff shortly.

Missing Files:
To fix this make sure you download the files from http://flexposer.com/download.php
Don't worry its safe! Put the zip on your desktop then right click it then click extract files!
Put them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Garrysmod\Garrysmod\Lua\Bin (If bin does not exist then make a bin folder and extract it there!) If you dont see a Program Files (x86) Then choose Program Files! Remeber, It might be in another drive! Like D: or F: !
Crash when you select webcam!:
You don't have
32-bit [Visual C++ redistributables for Visual Studio 2012! Get it here!] [www.microsoft.com]
If you already got it try checking if you have a 64-bit Visual C++ redistributables for Visual Studio 2012! If you do uninstall it in control pannel -> Uninstall!
If you already have only a 32 bit version, Then your web camera is not compatible :(
Don't worry! The creator is making more web cams allowed! :)

To do this go to prefences in the menu then allow it! :)
No wonder why it is not working, Its just garrys mod! This mod is still in beta maybe! We dont know! :)
