It should work for other people if you have it installed. Do you happen to have ENB installed on your Client? This graphical enhancement mod can conflict with it. If this is not the case, your webcamera may not be compatible. On the mod authors website there is a download to a .EXE here http://flexposer.com/fpWebcamTest.zip that tests your webcam for compatibility. If it comes out negative, you will have to get a new webcam for it to work on YOUR computer. But other users will still be able of using the addon.
