Can the Dragon's fury variant get posted as a mod?
I really want the dragon's fury warpaint skin on this.

yeah totally, u just need dragon slayer and the server has to be sv_pure 1 (casual and comp have this setting turned off)

what you want to do is go to the tf folder>custom>make a new folder with a name of your choosing> recreate the file path to the dragon slayer skin on the dragons fury, put the zippy plow skin in there and rename it to dragons_fury_dragon (make sure ur file is a vtf)
