stat ideas
aight, stats: I think this would be great as a secondary, especially pairing with the shotgun. it would replace not only the pistol, but the sentry entirely.

cons first, as I like to have the good later:
-sentry can't be upgraded (with gunslinger, the sentry can't be built, and it takes 15 health, leaving the slinger engie with 135 health: above the two-melee threshold but not by much.)
-replaces pistol slot
-far lower ammo count than the sentry's rockets, about... 12 and a magazine of 4 I guess.
-magazine of only 4
-can only reload with the weapon entirely empty
-half damage of the soldier rocket
-same fire rate of soldier's rocket launcher, which is far slower than the pistol

now for positives:
+its a four-round rocket launcher that does half the damage of soldier's rockets
+can be fired with m3 (or whatever button you have for medic's shield in mvm)
+can be fired with any weapon out
+reloads without interrupting current action
+splash damage allows for rocket jumping that is far easier than with the wrangler

I agree with fox, and I think it would be more understanding if you could upgrade your sentry but it cant get to level 3

idea:
no more dispensers and teleporters
a portable sentry that upgrades per ammo picked up
sentry is carried on back and shoots at anyone in sight
spy cant backstab but it disables sentry until another ammo pack is picked up.
+75% hp
sentry deals half damage

It would be really cool as a cosmetic, a bit OP and not very good as a weapon though
