Is the power for the camper cells related to the power shutoff in the main world?

Each camper cells has a generator, the amount of fuel in that generator is equal to the charge of the car battery. So as long as the battery has power, the interior should also have power.

Im using a survivor mod that spawns in friendly NPCs around the world, ive noticed that if they get into the rear seat of the RV, the option to let them enter pops up however, i have no clue about how to get them out of the RV once they're safely at my settlement. Any ideas?

Im not sure but you might be able to teleport the npcs to your location using debug mode

Yes you can, if everything works correctly he should be teleported back into the vehicle. I would avoid exiting while the vehicle is in movement cause if the server lags you might end up running over him.

is it possible for a feature to disable customization? like a setting to not allow moving/placing furnitures and objects inside?

Maybe but its definitely not a priority right now. I'm curious though, why you would want this?

When playing MP yesterday every time I got into a seat and entered the RV it was like a new instance of the RV. All of my loot was gone and everything I tore down was fixed. Any Idea how to correct this?

Somebody else had a similar issue, apparently it was caused by the vehicle scene mod although it was completely fine on my end it appeared to tp players to the wrong location. So your issue is most likely caused by a mod. Let me know which one if you find out.

what about the water inside the vehicle? is it unlimited or do you have to put more water to access sink every once in a while?

The roof is filled with water collectors so it'll refill when it rains

Where do you normally find some of these vehicles? Totally random? I wanted to look for the big RV but no luck so far.
