In MP you can TP to a location on the map. In SP i believe you can enter debug mode and TP. Sorry, let me add that in order to enter debug you can set launch option to "-debug". Please let me know if this helps.

In order to provide greater assistance i have decided to provide a more specific solution. Once in debug mode if you can open the map. Just right click on your desired location and select teleport here.

The map can not be opened with this bug, also not in debug. Open the Debug menu instead, click on Dev and select Zombie Population. Zoom out as far as you can until it eventually shows you the actual map. Then right click somewhere in the actual playable area and teleport. After that you can open the map again and teleport yourself to where you were previously.

PS: Seems to happen when you add interiors to an existing save.

For future reference: the latest version (1.2) will detect if you end up in the void, and return you to the vehicle automatically. If you have a save from an earlier version of the mod stuck in the void, you can install the Mod Options mod and define a hotkey to enter/exit the interior, which works even if you're stuck in the void.
