Look at the comment section of this add-on and you might see that the developer is indeed working on adding FF3 locations - there is already a sneakpeek of the Construction Room.
However, it might take some time as mapmaking isn't an easy process, especially with the level of detail that is put into the maps.
Best you can do now is wait patiently.
