Radio tower
It feels like it does something, I'm just not sure what. Post what you think it does below.

Theres a cassette tape on the table by the radios that you can unlock using c menu, than it will play a tape of the creator talking im assuming with instructions telling you how the radios work and how to change stations in different rooms, but its a pretty complex system
