map is very laggy, ik its not my addons cause it was running fine before the update, must be since its a very big map since the new threshold update and the source engine has its limitations and you can only make a map so big before stuff starts to go wrong, but hope you can somehow optimize the map a bit in the future if you can..

I'll look into it. For now, you may want to lower gmod's graphic settings until you reach a desirable framerate, enable multicore rendering, or you could verify your game's files.

Note: You could try disabling every addon but the map and see if still lags, might work.

The outpost exit sign gliitches out when moving away from it.

The area near the room with a running water pipe lacks navmesh.

the bsp doesn't show up and every time i try to join it says that "the gm_br_pitfalls you have differs from the server's" any fix? i already tried reinstalling it but that doesnt work

May or may not work, but try verifying your files?

Huh, weird. Does this happen on singleplayer and/or multiplayer, or only multiplayer? If it's the latter, then I'd assume the server host has an outdated .bsp in the garry's mod folders, or a conflicting addon. Gmod automatically updates addons upon launch.

it only happens in multiplayer when i try to join my friend or he tries to join me on this map

In the observatory room in Async the office chairs seem to disappear when I spawn first in the game now except for the chair shadows, I can move the chairs normally with the physics gun in which they appear again but then they disappear once they are put down for a few seconds without moving, any ideas on what's going on? For now it's just the chairs that disappear but this could happen to the other props, I have no addons except this map to test.
