having the same problem since around one months. New install of game havent't helped at all.
Also switched off all the Mods except yours. Here is the error when I tried to build industry line:

I think this appeared when Map Mode was added to AI Builder. But not pretty sure.

System which I use is Windows 11 with all the last updates. 32 Gb Ram CPU: Ryzen 5700X and Video: Radeon RX 6600

yeah now the game straight up crashes when clicking "towns"
