You can find a battery in the other rover at sedna, and somewhere on the map you can find B.U.D, put the battery from the other rover into B.U.D and he will start, after following him for a bit he will come across a chest which he will open using his ultra cool laser beams and revealed will be treasure and medkits, after this B.U.D will just loop on a set path.
