stone eyes continue shooting a laser in their stopping animation, it won't damage you but still

seems like some enemies doing attack animation and not attacking. im fixing everyone i see on my way.

I played for an hour or so, here what I found:
- Character names in Boss Portraits are either too far left or too high up: Arac/Isaac, Bridjet/Maggy, Drake/Cain, Xapon/Judas, The Soul/???, Destiny/Eve, Christopher/Samson, Adra/Azazel, Consivil/Lazarus, Masked/Eden, Sacred/Lost;
- Drake/Cain and Locket missing their Boss portrait;
- Consivil/Lazarus have Lazarus head, but a black body. Also he have a Lazarus Boss Portrait Name;
- Alt floor doors uses out of place doors;
- Sometimes boss room place regular fight music;
- Deep cavern/Caves and Ruins/Catacombs backdrops are a bit messed up;
- On Oneac/Flooded Caves backdrops shows floor tiles border;
- Yrautcnas eht/Dank Depths doesn't have it's own OST (I think it's intentional);
- Challenge room doors are red for some reason on (It's intentional,my bad);
- Angels in Angel Deals are sometimes disappearing;
- Room with a crawlspace to Hush and to Delirium is crashing game;
- Mega Satan Door, while starts opens with yin and yen key, sprite shows a regular key (I think it's intentionally);
- The Soulless have a Mega Satan Boss Portrait;
- Custom intro not working;
- Satan/Isaac/Lamb/??? doesn't have fight intro;
- Satan fight is normal, not the modded;
- After beating 4 Dark Ones in Lamb fight, Lamb don't spawn, and spawns a winning chest;
- "What a terrible night to be cursed" pop up is broken.

Also I think it would be nice to remove some starting items on some characters(Just my opinion, feel free to ignore):
- Arac/Isaac doesn't need The D6, but better a Box Of Spiders;
- Bridjet/Maggy still have a full health pill, which is a bit out of character;
- Drake/Cain have a Lucky Foot, which is just a Cain leftover;
- Destiny/Eve have a razor blade, on which she is not getting any benefits from;
- Christopher/Samson need's only either Doctor Fetus or Epic Fetus(unless it's creates a synergy that I don't know of);
- Adra/Azazel better have a V-Emperor card over a 0-Fool card
- Do Sacred/Lost really need that 1-UP mushroom?..

Pony item is not working, neither flight, neither the dashing attack

@Ukrisaac some things like maggy pill and eve razor cant be removed becuz they given by achievement. Christopher always had his both items. And lost also had 1 up

Items that recharge overtime, like butter bean for example, don't recharge by itself, and it takes ages to recharge(Used the butter bean on floor 1, recharged on floor 5(4 full clear floors))

The poop ghost is unkillable, and after room is cleared, they don't despawn, so softlock
