Does someone know why the SPV has such a weird assignment of lights compared to other vehicles?

I want to create a ELS where the light bar on the left and the light bar on the right are alternating. This works on most vehicles, however on the SPV car the light alternates within the same light bar on one side. Does someone know how I could assign it so it alternates between the sides or how to mitigate the issue?
