Maybe try not calling someone else's language "hieroglyphs" while asking for help, and you might get some. Seems like there's translations for other languages going just fine already. Maybe you should learn a new language and help out?

By "translations" you mean another different hieroglyphs? Learning english is just fine for me already. If you're native in one of them, maybe help out yourself? And after i'll consider translating on my native.

I know this mod has had more content added, and it is generally the newer content that lacks a translation. Time, patience, or self-help might work. If I knew where to go for the files, I'd just run it through a google translation and tidy up the translation myself, but I do not know rimworld's file structures.

If I find a guide on how to make a mod that translates another mod and have some free time, I might run everything through machine translation and upload it. Its a shame that RimTrans[github.com] doesn't seem to want to run on my computer... In the mean time if anyone wants to fix untranslated bits for their copy, everything can be found at:

Alternatively, the google translate app on my phone is able to translate the text I encounter while playing just fine, so that's an option for those untranslated bits.

If someone could just dump all the KR text, machine translates it, then drop it in the discussions for people to use without having the extra steps that would be great. I'm not sure how easy it would be since I don't know much about it, but I can give it a shot.

Did some looking and if it helps pretty much all the data is stored in the def files and if you need to find what specific things are crafted from (like I couldn't find how to make the ceramics) you can find them in the def folders pretty easily, its also where most of the description text is from what I can tell

@Torusprus Did you find out how to make the military ceramics? I have a mod that links all related recipes but the military type doesn't have anything about where or how its made and nothing in the research tab mentions it

it's made in one of the Miho buildings, the big refinery? loking thing, with components steel and ceramic dough

Honestly, I'll take even machine translation over UNREADABLE Korean alphabet. Can you, please, do it?

I started working on a translation for the remaining untranslated content of the mod. I think I'm mostly done and just a few hediffs are missing. I plan on translating the rest and make a few adjustments to make everything look uniform in the next week. If everything works as intended I'm uploading the mod before christmas. Just don't expect an experts work... Everything is translated using 2 different online translators and my imagination. Some text is simply impossible to translate without any korean language knowledge.

The mod itself is already partly translated to english. But it only shows for you when your game language is also set to english. So let's say you play with french language setting, then rimworld will not load the english files and keep everything in korean.

If you do play rimworld with a different language selected other than english you can do one thing:
Browse the mod files in
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2816826107\Cont\Languages\
There is a folder named "English". Create a copy of that folder and rename it to the language you are using to play rimworld. Then you should at least have the english translation.

If you already have your game set to english, then I have no idea whats wrong.
