Mod does not load; July 18
Reading the comments, it appears multiple users have encountered a similar issue. On loading Red Flood mod, Vanilla HOI4 is loaded.

What ended up working for me was uninstalling and unsubscribing from the old version of the mod. This may not have been what actually fixed it, but it worked after doing that.

YES, idk why this happens, but for some reason when you have the old verson of the mod in your playset, it somehow stops the newer version from working . i have no clue why this happens and i have never had another mod do this , but if you have this problem make sure to uninstal the old version completely.

I keep having the same issue, swapping game versions via the launcher does not fix.
