Softlock Eye of Cthulhu
Before dying, Cthulhu starts teleporting like crazy for about 20 seconds across the map, then goes into a black hole. If you go into the black hole after him, there is a completely empty world there. As a result, there is no way to kill the eye of Cthulhu except by turning off the mod and killing it without it.
