In all honesty that's a great idea and i'd love to see it, the crouch button being ctrl instead of shift is confusing with mario's controls for me personally

Volume controller. Seems the Audio is being streamed directly to the game/separate so changing the volume in Garry's Mod only changes the sounds for Garry's Mod and not Mario 64

Legally no so the official answer is no as well, just get a rom of mario 64 it's not like it's that hard to track one down.

it would be nice if he added the lakitu camera system
i'm aware this will be extremely inefficient, it may refuse to turn and stuff, but if it's added just as an extra it'd be cool
