It's good, but a couple of suggestions/issues.
If you're going to give it the torpor drain of a giga, you might want to give it the torpor stat of said giga too. It drains far too fast.
It doesn't seem to have a knockout animation and just stands there. I know you said that animations are expensive, but you could just use the wyvern's knockout animation.
It's food drain seems to be bugged, and is abhorrently slow when taming.
Maybe increase it's melee by 25% or so? The saddle already gives it a health advantage to the regular wyvern, let's give it a melee advantage as well.

i have had a looong vacation from the pc world xD (because of irl stuff)

i will try to get these bugs fixed!
