I had this with the original mod in 1.3 also. I got this version thinking it would fix this particular issue, but

The mod still allows food poisoning when people are in a caravan on the overworld. They were eating pemmican and it always says "incompetent cook." It's becoming a huge issue. It works in the main parts of the game, but when caravans are traveling, all bets are off.
