You need the Parakeet's Pill Pack and the TF2 Pills.

So now, in the addon folder there's a text processor Addon.txt. Open, you're there all removed. And insert:

Mine won't work too. Even though i've installed the TF2 and Parakeet's Pill Pack/Morph Mod.

just quit gmod the uninstall the mod, then go back on gmod and before doing anything with gmod reinstall the mod

Works for me though...
