No i have never experienced this issue before but since then iv made some new PDA versions you could try those. Or just try using party me and see if you have the same issue. If i had to guess i would say if this is happening then you have overloaded your server with mods or the machine your server is hosted on is having issues. If you rent your server then you will have this issue ALL THE TIME as you are at full mercy of other server owners installing bad/leaking mods or being digitally attacked or just the providor stuffed too many clients on that machine as it the general business rule. As some who worked in the hosting industry my guess would be either overloaded server / machine or bad/too many mods

Ah i see yeah expansion is known to cause havoc with a bunch of mods as you know it contains many mods.
