Just press the button with a triangle on the right, in the same way you activated it on the left [xp]

The same applies to other workshop stuff, the symbol is the exact same as the one that you pressed to activate it, just in the contrary side [xl]

for me there weren't any triangles and there are still none. I just clicked on "activate music pack" or something like that and now I can't turn it off..

Have you tried to disable the Overhaul mod?

i already figured it out, i just disabled the pack in recource pack menu. nevertheless, thanks for trying to help
