Usable on servers without the server having it?
Can i use this on a KOTH server, which ofc wont have this enabled

If you use this on a server that allows all mods, then you wont have much of a problem. A lot of Co-op servers out there, the most popular ones, dont have very much restrictions on the mods you use or how you use them. The only exception being that some of these "open" servers will ban you or kick you for using personal arsenal to spawn vehicles at your locations. You should probably ask the server admins before you use it though just to make sure.
