how do I make or get ephedrine hydrochloride?
I've been trying to go to every town and cant find it for trade and cant find it under any bill or research

Very Hard to find/buy but i was able to buy a whole bunch of it in bulk it i found it in a civil outlander union. (I know this is like a year late)

A Year later and making meth with this mod is still extremely difficult.
