Well I would disable all my addons and type "menu_cleanup_gmas" in the console. If you're confused on what that command will do:

Every Gmod addon is stored as a GMA file on your computer. If you un-sub from an addon, it's GMA will stay. This can cause conflictions even when all addons are disabled. "menu_cleanup_gmas" removes unused GMA files.

If the method provided doesn't work, try to factory reset Gmod. You should look up how to do that.

I FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM

gmod makes these weird noises like this with other things, sometimes gmod will bug a little and replace sounds with these glitch sounds, i think some code or audio isn't rendering properly but garry's mod isn't the best
