+15-25% faster drinking speed (prolly an animation with scout squirting the bottle in his mouth)
+grants -15% damage from all sources (making scout overall tankier)
+grants +15% to all weapons (tank scout)
-reduced movement speed for duration of drink

When you drink this, you instantly gain 125 overheal that can be stacked upon existing overheal. Has a 30 second cooldown.
