Send command doesnt work fully? i might be doing it wrong

Oh, the Send command doesn't actually do anything. I put it in because it didn't make sense that a communications terminal wouldn't have a transmission function. I'm not the best at wiring though and I was never able to figure out how to make it actually work in a satisfying way. So right now it's just for flavoring, not function.

well then Sierra got a spam of messages saying "Hi, uh.. you might wanna set up some marines at the surviving stations.. theres a husk outbreak.."
