The decision you get once you defeat the English invasion, the french_rival_blood2 doesn't go away after clicking it once. Also, only because you recommend it in your description, but the House Capet mod adds a new government type once you become the empire of Francia, but most bloodline decisions in this mod require you to be feudal, so there is a minor incompatibility for a player who wants to run both mods.

Thanks for letting me know. just fixed it and updated now. Although the Gov. will look kinda goofy for players not using that mod lol. Just says Landless
