Bows
Turn on power by lighting all 4 bonfires and the default bow will be available in the building main floor.

Wolf Bow:
You want to shoot the giant portrait in the main building, above the entrance. When you shoot it, it will have a glowing effect and will drop an arrow, grab it.

Then feed the 3 dogs around the map

Go back to portrait and grab upgraded arrow.

Go to bow room and you can grab wolf bow.

The first dog head is on one of the walls in the courtyard area where Juggernog is, the second one is just opposite the gap in the middle of the fence that drops you back into that same courtyard, and the last one is near Staminup on the wall. After you feed the three dogs, go back to where you got the arrow from the portrait, the blue cloud will reforge the arrow, and you can go pick up the Wolf Bow from the bow room. Hope this helps
