Transfers Blocked
I keep getting blocked transfers, how do I fix this?

Change the buildings configs. According to algernon "blocked" means a transfer was tried, but denied due to your building's custom seups.

That will depend on what your configs are. Algernon has said future releases will give "more granular" reports on the reason for blocking. But, what I've seen is that disallowing import/export will show "blocked" transfers for external cities, "prefer local" will give some "blocked" transfers to non-local districts, etc.

Yep, "blocked" means that one of your settings (either at the source or destination building) blocked that transfer match.

In other words, "blocked" means that the restrictions that you've applied are working.
