I don't think issue is related derectrly to this mod. No any intercities bus are spawning to bus station. (Dummy bus I have catched few times)
If open transfer manager, can see that intercities bur rout if orange collor. Also if you pur cursol on connection it's shows path failed. For trains all is OK.
I have use differet bus stations (Vanila and Workshop), ory to move. Build different time of read directrly on highway, checked mof compatibility and unsuscribe. Like intercities bus control.
