I have watched my hearses and haven't seen any issues like you are describing.
Do you think you could log into the discord server and add a few screenshots showing the issue?
It is almost certainly not TMCE causing this issue, as it is happening while pathing so switching to another transfer manager is not likely to resolve your issue.
If you are interested in finding the cause then let me know.
