Conflicts with Real time 2.0 mod
@sleepy Looks like I found the conflicting mod. That's the Real time 2.0 mod. Can you check? 100% sure
I had to load and reload many times
However, I can still load it with the Transfer Manager CE v2.4.23 mod combined with the original Real time
Can you look into this matter?

Yes, by the time it was done, I wasn't sure if it was a conflict with Real time or not? Because I just finished unsubbing Real time 2.0 mod but it still couldn't load my city. (My city has been playing for 5 years, 120 mods and 8K assets)
Previously, when using Transfer Manager CE with the original Real time mod, my city still loaded normally. But now switching to Real time 2.0 mod, that makes my city not load.
I have tried many ways, and up to now, I have unsubscribed both Real Time 2.0 and the original Real Time mods. Just used Transfer Manager CE.... but still can't load, game crashes while loading.
Could you consider this?
