There is lots of clipping, you didn't add collision to your meshes

Every model should have collision. Which models do you mean, for example?

for example houses outside. also in the garage i was clipping

I checked it again and the house exterior + the garage have collision

Also if I go outside too far i will fall in the void. There is no invisible wall for me at the end of the street

The walls in Jerrys room can be walked through. I dont think thats intentional.
