I'm having the same prob;em, also I'm new to mods and just steam in general so directions would be nice :)

So these characters don't really have dialogue and won't appear on you game, they are meant for people to creature their on mods
what you need to is go to your in game mod tool, enable the mod, create a new mod, import the characters and write you events! i hope this helps:)
