After disabling immortal empires expanded mod, it seems to have fixed the issue. I also have the Lost Calm Jurrasic Normal mod installed and that seems to work fine too, not sure if there's a way to fix it with a different load order.

Also Tetto'eko have so OP ability, I think it is not work correctly. Ability give him like a 10 mana-points. Problem is - it give 20 MP per each unit in army, so +200 MP for every battle. This spell not must be used for "all unit" as target, but, perhaps, "all heroes/lord".
