The Cabal - not occupiying settlements bug?
In this update it seams that The Cabal (Egrin van Horstman) can only raze settlements or stablish cult.
Is that a bug?

Did Mixu update the mod to use the changling's cult mechanic and people who didn't buy it get the gimped version? It's kind of how it feels.

When I tried him I could only put in base game cults. Occupying, sacking, or razing were not options.

Try redownloading the mod. Mine worked after that, although you will not have access to the new tzaangors for some reason.

I wouldn't expect to have them anyway: I don't have SoC. Will this faction work in spite of that?
