I can't seem to figure out why I'm unable to activate the recipe for "Extract Light Malt". I have a full Cooking Pot of water, Wheat, and Sugar. Each ingredient is lit up, and the recipe shows in green, indicating it believes I should be able to do the recipe...but there is not button to make one.

What am I doing wrong?
