i reinstalled and repaired the mod, created a new mission to make sure it wasn't on my end
Hopefully it is working now, check the update. I could not reproduce the error.

It should be working. Go to the launcher, right-click the mod and do a Repair. Then restart the Launcher (the mod's last update should read 14-May-2022 9:01PM). Please let me know if it's working now. Thanks.
Working well thx. I dont know why the launcher didn't update the mod through steam automaticaly.

Welcome to the world of ARMA AI! This happens even without the use of this mod. It's a riddle to many players because the group leader will randomly order x amount of men to disembark for no reason (usually they do if there are enemies nearby), only to be told to get back in. I have a mod, 3DEN Enhanced, where it allows me to select 'Forbid Disembarking' in attributes for the entire squad.
Another way to counter the issue is to separate the driver from the passengers; two different groups. Its strange but it works and I dont usually see the whole squad hopping out randomly unless they encounter an enemy.
Yup. Adding independant teams to the vehicles seem to be working for now.
They stay in the vehicles and they only disembark when the convoy is actually attacked. So this is a good start.
